July 6, 2015 — Perseville Investing Inc. (“Perseville”) announces that it vehemently denies the allegations of Grant Mogens Petersen, a Director of Business Development of Holloman Corp. Houston, and former insider of Holloman Energy Corp. (OTCQB: HENC), in a frivolous lawsuit that was filed in the High Court of the Republic of Singapore. Perseville is not “controlled by Nico Civelli and Henry Aldorf” as suggested by the dissident shareholder of Terra Nova Energy Ltd. (TSXV: TGC), Michael Cataeno. Mr. Cataeno’s statement is false. Neither Henry Aldorf nor Nico Civelli is or has ever been a director, officer or shareholder of Perseville. Also this statement is false. Perseville has released this information in order to ensure that Messrs. Aldorf and Civelli do not suffer any harm resulting from the foregoing misstatements. Perseville intends to take legal action if misstatements continue.
In February 2015, Perseville acquired a 5.1666% interest in the PEL 112 and PEL 444 from Terra Nova for $3 million, which values the PELs at approximately $58 million. This purchase price represented a premium over the value of the PELs, in favour of Terra Nova and its shareholders. Perseville has sufficient funds to pay for its portion of the drill program and is ready to drill on PEL 444 now. Based on existing management’s extensive experience, Perseville has full confidence in their ability to complete a successful drilling campaign on PEL 444.
